Mondays
8:15 am
20-20-20
20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes of strength work, 20 minutes of pilates mat

Wednesday
9:00 am
Boot Camp
One hour of interval work using TRX, cardio equipment, weights, bars, bands & balls

Thursday
9:00 am
Pilates Mat
Open level of classic pilates mat occasionally using rings, foam rollers, balls & light weights

Friday
9:00 am
Weights on the Ball
One hour of free weights on a physio-ball, combined with push ups, balance work & abs
